What you will need:
- Colored card or construction paper
- Pastels are best, but you can also use crayons , chalk
- Pencil to draw your portrait
Directions:
- Fold you paper into 8 equal sections like the image above
- Lightly draw your image (head, neck and shoulders) on the paper. Use the image above for guidance
- Make sure the eyes are drawn near the top of the head and the mouth near the bottom
- Color your drawing first and then outline it with a black pastel/crayon to make the colors pop!
